We work with public agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven partners to deliver faster, more transparent, and more accountable payment systems while incubating bold new models for democratized giving.

Our work spans two complementary efforts. Today, we help public sector and nonprofit organizations modernize how funds are distributed and accessed.

In parallel with our core work, our advisory team is incubating a new model for fundraising and participation designed to democratize how social impact is funded. This initiative leverages digital assets and Web3 infrastructure to unlock new sources of capital, increase transparency, and expand who gets to participate in giving.

We are laying the foundation to become one of the first Decentralized Unincorporated Non-Profit Associations “DUNA” in the State of Wyoming. Similar to a Decentralized Autonomous Organization “DAO” but built and owned by the member non-profits.
